Easy! Practice With your flicking first get the form Don't Stop. easy once you get the hang of it but pretty hard at first I'm not going to lie it is very hard but just don't ever give up and watch lots of videos, it helps. You will also get very frustrated at times. Jump high, flick your foot, and most importantly bring your front foot up after you flick out, otherwise you'll only land with one foot on. Good luck.
A quadruple kickflip
because
a nollie hardflip is a hardflip from the front of the board. a regular hardflip is a inward varial kickflip[ basically just the opposite of a inward heelflip]. so its a nollie fs [front side] shov-it, with a nollie kickflip.
Olley, Kickflip, Coffin, Caveman, Manual, and Pop Shuvit
Place your footing in a kickflip position. Go toward a high curb and at the same time, pop the board high and flick the board down as hard as you can.
this is what i personally how i do a kickflip i do an ollie than while the deck is in the air i tap on the outta side of the tail hope that helps no that doesnt help...:P ok you need to know how to do a ollie (easy), but when it leaves the ground, slide the finger in the middle of the board off, sending it into rotation, or..........a kickflip i hope this helps :)...........
