They're both good. Each line has certain products that are better--I like Rimmel's mascara better than Maybelline's (and Max Factor 2000 Calorie better than anyone else's, but I'm old) and Rimmel doesn't even HAVE a loose powder, which you need (it's great for muting color, especially when you use a little too much of it) and Maybelline has.

∙ 13y agoit depends on the product, but overall Revlon is more "professional" than Maybelline. Maybelline is still good, but Revlon is a more trusted and more popular as a brand.

CoverGirl ColorStay Foundation is another great one. Brands such as CoverGirl, Maybelline, Rimmel, and etc make great foundations and concealers at a cheap affordable price.
