Molecular Biology is a branch of biology, so you'll see the detailed process of cell replication, structure of the cytoskeleton, etc. rather than mechanisms and equations of chemical reactions (also in course codes molecular biology is usually BIO... rather than CHM...). Also keep in mind that there are fields that are a fusion of two or more fields, for examples biochemistry would have as much biology as chemistry and wouldn't be classified as belonging to any one of the larger fields. Bioinformatics contains materials from the fields of biology, computer science and statistics, and would not fit into any single larger field.
