Yogurt may be made from whole milk, part-skim milk or skim milk. Each weighs a slightly different amount per volume. If you look on the side of the yogurt container, it will tell you not only the volume involved, but the weight - usually in both grams and ounces. Flavor won't change the weight unless pieces of fruit are included. In that case it will make a difference.

Serious cooks usually use a kitchen scale. They are reasonable in price and easy to use. Because there isn't a cut-and-dried answer to your question, I encourage you to get a kitchen scale to determine this.

It depends on the flavor yogurt. Some flavors are richer than others and will make it more heavy so when you measure it be sure to use the same flavor yogurt.
