∙ 12y agoCalifornia gambling laws are pretty straight forward. To play the lottery, players can be 18 or over. For online gambling, players can be 18 and over and for the lottery & pull tabs, players can be 18 and over as well.
For players who would like to visit a casino, players can be either 18 or 21 some casinos require the player to be 21 before they can enter the casino this may have something to do with where the bar is located within the casino. Other casinos allow players who are 18 and over into the general casino to play slots & table games but require the players to be 21 to enter the actual Poker room.
