Not only is it illegal across the country; it is also pertaining to "almost" nude photos in suggestive posing. The law has graded the levels of underage models and while it is illegal for those pictures to be on your computer or in your domicile, it is NOT illegal if they are considered art and/or legit advertising.
Your best bet is NOT to have any "questionable" images on your computer as "ignorance of the law" is NOT an acceptable defense.
