They are registered with the Secretary of State in New York and Florida. While their sweepstakes are designed to create interest in their magazine and merchandise offers, it clearly states in all of their mailings that there is no purchase necessary to enter or win any of their sweepstakes. Keep in mind that the odds of winning anything is so small that you cannot realistically expect to ever be one of the winners.
