Is the Lego Star Wars death star worth getting?

The LEGO Star Wars set 10188 Is a VERY unique set, at first I didn't know if I should get the set for my son's birthday which is quite close to Christmas. He desperately wanted this set, but i thought I wouldn't get the set because it was Expensive and i thought it wasn't very good, but he showed me lots of reviews and videos and It looked AMAZING! I knew the set would please him but the price was very high, I explained it to him and he was quite upset but in the end we decided to buy all together and He LOVED it. He still can't stop playing with it he got it when he was 8 and now he's 9 he is till playing with it, and making stop motion animations. It made a Brilliant birthday gift, here is a quick summary of what I think of it:

Pro's:

Has Over 60 features!

Comes with 25 Minifigures!

It can spin round so you can play on the other side with out moving.

Holds together well.

Has atleast 2 features in every room!

Its HUGE (bigger than an adualt's head!).

Doors can be slided to the left to open.

Lifts can go to the top and bottom (has two lifts).

Firering Missiles.

Switchable Viewing Screen.

Very, and i mean very Deatialed.

Lot's of minifigure items.

Good Basement Space.

Lots of room to play.

Has only 1 instruction booklet!

And much more!!!

Cons:

To be honest if you build it carefully there will be no cons, we built it carefully and there were no cons.

WARNING.

Don't try building it by yourself it can hurt your body if you have quite sensitive joints, get somone to help build it with you. The more people you have building the item the quicker it is to make it.

If your son/and or daughter likes Star Wars or even you, You MUST and i mean MUST buy this set, It's the best lego set that has been made so far.
