Yes. It is very practical. Not all SK federations are effective in implementing their programs and it's such a waste of money. I believe that government funds that were once allotted to SK will be distributed to much better services like education and other helpful programs.
The SK is where corruption breeds. This adds to the dirty population; to slowly eliminate them, we should start from the roots. To have better leaders in the future, they must be sent first to school. True leadership will be trained there properly. Besides, the youth with ages ranging from 15 to 17 are too young to be involved in politics and elections. We know that politics is a dirty game and they shouldn't be part of it as young as that ages. They're not mature enough to think of the responsibility. As far as I know, those who are exposed to that kind of situation are more likely to fail in their chosen careers or at least, like they won't succeed in what they really desire in the first round.
