No for a number of reasons. Jesus is Himself the almighty creator of the universe and as such is not subject to the fallible beliefs of men. Secondly, The Bible explicitly warns against predicting any specific time of Jesus' return and so anyone who has made this predication is most likely to be wrong. Finally, the purpose of the stars is for 'signs and for seasons.' This means they fulfill a specific purpose for which they were created, as well as giving glory to their maker. As such, they do not symbolize anything like what is suggested but rather the eternal power and deity of Jesus Christ their maker ( as outline in Romans 1:20-22). They also serve to mark time in the sense of the passing of time and seasons, not the dawning of astrological ages.
