The Qur'an is in Arabic, so looking for a specific English word in the Qur'an is not going to happen. However, the Qur'an does argue that God is all-knowing, which is the definition of omniscience.

Two relevant verses, with the bolded term followed by the relevant Arabic words, translation Sahih International.

Q: 33:54: Whether you reveal a thing or conceal it, indeed Allah is ever, of all things, Knowing. (بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا)

Q: 3:29: Say, "Whether you conceal what is in your breasts or reveal it, Allah knows it. And He knows that which is in the heavens and that which is on the earth. And Allah is over all things competent. (وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ)
