yes it can. i was on diversion and i did not smoke but my boyfriend did..
and my officer said i had a little bit of THC in my system. asked if i went to a party? and i told him yes ;-P he said about how long ago? i told him 3 weeks but the truth is my boyfriend smokes every day. =P SO YES TO ANSWER THE ?

∙ 14y agoMost likely if you didn't smoke anything, you don't have to worry about your drug test. Second-hand marijuana smoke - buzz producing, or not - can leave traces of the chemical tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in your urine for a day or so after breathing the smoke. However, the amount is usually not enough to make you test positive. Most drug tests have intentionally high standards to avoid false positive results due to incidental ingestion of second-hand smoke.

∙ 12y agoYes it does, Because no matter how long you hold the smoke in, there is still traces of THC in the smoke and if you happen to inhale it. you probabally wont get high unless you are "Hotboxing" which is alot of smoke in a room..
in order to fail a drug test for second hand smoke you have to have 10 people smoking in a volks wagon bug for a half an hour and if u do fail your THC levels will be very low

Probably not; most of the THC is absorbed when you inhale, so the second hand smoke, the exhale, won't contain significant amounts to cause hyperactivity if inhaled by children.
