casino royale was originally filmed in 1959, it was supposed to be the first bond film. but sadly it was cancelled. in 1967 they came out with a movie called casino royale but it was actually a comedy. the actor for James Bond was the bond in on her majesties secret service and the bond girl was the same girl from Dr. no, which is the first bond film since casino royale was cancelled.
so no there is no casino royale 2 just many movies with the same person and the same title and two directors.

You Only Live Twice All with Sean Connery, who is by far the best James Bond. Daniel Craig rocks though, so 'Casino Royale' is one of my favorites too. Can't wait for 'Quantom of Solace'!
