Not as far as I know! You have to be 13 or older- no younger. If you are under 13 and get a Facebook account and the owners find out, they can fine you. That's 's what I've heard. My friend's little sister is 10 and she got Facebook, she was banned for life on it. So I don't think you should get Facebook if you are under 13. Hope this helps.

Someone can do many things to set up their own obstacle course for a childs birthday party. A person can set up things like boards for kids to crawl under, place hula hoops on the ground for kids to step in, put cones out for them to run around and any other things that kids can jump over or crawl under.
Justin bieber doesn't have a personal account. he used to but he deleted it like a year ago.
I think that disposable cameras are perfect for kids under twelve years old. Digital cameras can be pricey and kids tend to drop things. I also think that kids like to have actual copies of their photos and this will allow that.
Sometimes kids are really loud during a scary part in the movie or they just get bored and start to fool with things, which lead to other things like screaming and things like that.
