There are some glitchy things in D/P, but Nintendo checked the game thoroughly, so they cannot be achieved without a cheating device.
There is a glitch in the undefined Pokémon slot 0. So far the only functional application is to use a walk through walls cheat and go all the way to Roark in the Oreburgh Gym without obtaining your first Pokémon. This Pokémon is Level 0 and has no HP or moves. Unless an Infinite HP cheat is used, it will faint on the first turn from using Struggle.
If you use a Walk Through Walls cheat and move outside of the normal game boundaries, you will enter the Mystery Zone. The name appears where a town or route name appears in normal gameplay. Its music is an instrumental version of the music for Routes 206 and 207.

∙ 12y agoThere is one i know of called tweaking. You can use it get to almost all areas of the game. Even new moon island and flower paradise. Look it up in Google. But it can screw up your game something bad like it did my pearl version. The game is stuck in infinite blackness. So is it worth it? If you don't mind the risk and have a spare two hours on your hands then, sure why not.
