the easiest way I have found to identify any animal / plant is to visit the website of the state univeristy of the state, I live in Florida have excellent seccess with FSU, but use the search string like this, Frogs in Florida, Frogs of Florida matting cries.... this will get you closer to the sites you are looking for.
