it is a very simple answer, BE PATIENT ! , and do not let anyone especially a lawyer tell you differently, i went thru this and it is your right to exercise you rights as an American father, " your forefathers gave you this right, do not be rude and only give general specifics about your case , do not whine, i guarantee that this will work, you will have to have documentations to prove you have custodyof this child ect..., i did this without a lawyer, and today i still do not pay child support, and my "parent-child relationships " was not affected at all, I can go to jail if I told you specifically what I did, yea! I can go to jail,write your congressman,senator and the house of representative and see who response and go from there, re-educate yourself with your case, be ready for a long haul,good luck ,

No. You will still have to pay child support for your children.

If your ex is paying child support for the three kids that live with you a court could order a reduction in child support that he/she has to pay to you instead of you having to pay child support to him/her.
