There is undoubtedly some water ice on Pluto, because water is found in comets and moons within the solar system. But Pluto is far too cold for liquid water. It is so cold that gases such as oxygen and nitrogen are frozen there as well, moreso when Pluto is at its farthest from the Sun.

Yes, Pluto is largely a mixture of water and rock (along with frozen gases like methane, ammonia and nitrogen) , but it is so cold out there that its water ice is frozen as hard as steel. There is certainly no liquid water on Pluto's surface, it is way too cold for that, but there is a small possibility of a liquid ocean underneath Pluto's icy surface, where things are somewhat warmer.

Actually, Ive heard that in Pluto's core, there is liquid water. I don't know how cold or warm the water is, but I believe that you can look it up on Google.

Comment: Scientists say there is probably no liquid water on Pluto. However, they say the outer 30% or soof the dwarf planet is probably water in the form of ice.

Yes, it has ice all over it, however, I'm not sure if it's water or some other frozen liquid.
