Try using SmartPower (http://ignatu.co.uk/SmartPower.aspx).
"SmartPower is a Windows service that saves energy (and money) by hibernating and resuming your Windows PC according to configurable rules."
Alternatively, try looking in the power management section of your BIOS settings. You may find a "Wake-up at" setting there.
