Yes, there are several things that will get this out. Get some dish soap with "grease disolver in it." Brands: Sunlight, Dawn, etc. If you read the bottle it will say "cuts grease." Take your shirt and dribble a little of the dish soap on the stain and rub, then rinse, and then repeat this method until the spot is gone. I live in Canada (don't know if you can get this product there) but it's called "Gal Friday" and sold in Safeway. It's where your laundry soaps are and where the strain remover section is. It's the same ingredients that dry cleaners use. It has a strong cleaning smell, but it won't hurt you. Just pour some onto the stain, leave for 5 - 15 mins., then put in the washing machine with warm water and laundry soap (PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY LAUNDRY DETERGENT WITH BLEACH WHEN USING THIS METHOD.) If you have carpet foam cleaner, use a little on your spotted shirt (PLEASE TRY AN AREA FOR PATCH TEST WHERE YOU CAN'T SEE IT FIRST.)
Two plates rubbing against one another is called a transform boundary, and when they do slide against one another, there is a high probability that somewhere along the line, they will get caught. So much stress and strain is put on the plate that eventually, it can't take it, and it snaps, releasing strong, seismic waves of energy known as earthquakes.
