You might be able to, but he probably wouldn't appreciate it. If you like it, you should support him and his work so he can compose more incredible pieces (like his arrangement of "The First Noel!"). After all, he is just a poor college professor. Or, since he is a pretty cool guy, you could just contact him yourself and ask if he would be willing to send you a file of Promenade since you are a fan.
