Buddhism does not limit itself to this Earth as the only place to be reborn to. There are pleasant places to be reborn into which compare favourably to the Abrahamic religion's heavens and unpleasant worlds which compare to the Abrahamic religion's hells. Both there types of world ultimately become as unsatisfactory as an Earthly existence.

With enlightenment there is the opportunity to enter into Nirvana where the ultimate self deception, that of a self separate from the rest of the universal experience is (or can be) given up. In the Abrahamic religions the individual supposedly maintains the sense of self in heaven or hell. so that the Buddhist's Nirvana is unlike those faiths' concept of heaven or hell.

When you die and either go to Heaven or Hell do you stay the same age as you were when you died or do you become the age that you were when you were most happy in your life and stay that age?

AnswerNo one really knows what happens in heaven and hell, or even whether there is actually such a thing as heaven or hell. It is just a matter of faith - what you choose to believe. Belief in a future state of heaven provides comfort for some and a motive for others, so by all means believe what you find most comforting about heaven.

Did Buddha believe in heaven or hell?

Buddhism in general (with exception to certain Buddhist branch's) takes an indifferent stance on the existence of a heaven or hell,as most believe that we create a heaven or hell on earth based on our actions. Buddha spoke of different realms of existence where Karma is re-payed, some realms being hellish, others being heavenly, however Buddha spoke of both as being a negative since freeing yourself from the cycle of rebirth is the ultimate goal in Buddhism.

What is the difference between Buddhism vs chirstiany?

Buddhism has no creator God, Christianity does. Buddhism can be considered as not a religion, Christianity definitely is. Buddhists believe in rebirth, Christians believe that after death, we go to heaven or hell. Buddhism was founded by an [Enlightened] human, Christians believe that Jesus was the Son of God and is part of the Holy Trinity. Buddhists [unlike any other major world religion] believe that the soul is impermanent [Anatta], Christians believe that after we die, our soul lives on in heaven/hell

In hell does man have body soul and spirit?

The first issue to decide is whether there really is a hell. Atheists say there is no heaven and no hell. Jews say there is a heaven, but there is no hell. Christians and Muslims say there is a heaven and there is a hell.If in fact there is a hell, those who go there can not have thir earthly bodies, because we know without doubt that they stay in the grave.

What will happen if you do not reject god?

What will happen if you do not reject God, you'll be put to death and after that you go to heaven. Heaven is where you never get to see the dark sky. Heaven's relaxing. One bad thing if you reject god, then you'll be put to Hades, that means hell. If you're in hell, you'll be burnt in hell. People treat you nice in heaven and people treat you bad in hell. In hell, you never get to see the sky. No sun. It will not shine.

Will Sunday worshippers go to hell?

AnswerOf course not! If there really are a heaven and a hell, then worshippers can hope to go to heaven whether they worship on Saturdays or Sundays. And if there is no hell, it does not matter when people worship, because there may be no God to hear their prayers.

How is it conceivable that the Love that made Heaven and Earth also made hell?

You really only have three choices:You must believe that God made heaven and hell - the Christian and Islamic views; You must believe that God made heaven but that hell does not really exist - the Judaic view;Neither heaven nor hell exists; they are just fairytales invented by religion - the atheist view.If the first of these choices seems inconceivable, then you are forced to consider each of the other alternatives.

What if I get into heaven and don't like it there can I leave?

If there really is a heaven, you probably can not leave, because the alternatives are no-existence (Judaism), hell (Christianity and Islam), or a return to earth, presumably forever. If there is no heaven, then you will never really go there.
