Best Answer

This could be a difficult question to answer. The law gives little protection to those who feel that the employees of the company have a right to know what is going on, sometimes even if it is not honest. Some people may think that their 'personal integrity' within that company may be at risk. The answer is that the situation should be discussed, in confidence, with a reliable manager. The alleged problem may affect different people in different ways, such as fraud, and health and safety violations.

All company's should have some form of complaint system, so that the problem may be reported, and the reporter should enjoy absolute confidentially.
