According to its Wikipedia page:

"Don Juan Pond, also called Lake Don Juan, is a small and very shallow hypersaline lake in the west end of Wright Valley (South Fork), Victoria Land, Antarctica, 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) west from Lake Vanda. With a salinity level of over 40%, Don Juan Pond is the saltiest known body of water on Earth."

It has decreased in size over the years, and in fact:

" . . . in December 1998 the pond was almost dry everywhere except for an area of a few tens of square meters."

Further:

". . . It has been described as a groundwater discharge zone."

Lakes found in Antarctica are said to be the saltiest in the world and Don Juan Pond is one of these lakes. It is a small and very shallow hypersaline lake located in Victoria Land. This lake is regarded as the "saltiest body of water on earth" with a salinity level of over 40%. It's 18 times the ocean's salinity and has greater salinity than the Dead Sea and Lake Assal. In fact, the lake has no ice cover and doesn't freeze even in winter indicating a high degree of salinity. It is also called Lake Don Juan.

Caspian sea (it is a lake not a sea even though it has sea in the name).
The world's largest saltwater lake is the Caspian Sea, followed by the Aral Sea, Lake Balkhash, and Great Salt Lake.
The largest saltwater lake in the world is the Caspian Sea. Even though it is called a sea it is actually a lake. Because it is what is called a closed basin, meaning it has no tidal flows with any Ocean.
Chilika lake in Orissa, India

Actually it's The Caspian Sea....
That would be the Caspian Sea.
