There are many famous Australian Immigrants, but in my opinion, the most famous one would have to be Fran Arnold. Fran worked with Lee de Forrest and developed the first pract…ical way to produce sound film in 1920. This led to the first movie that used sound to advance the plot "The Jazz Singer" in 1927. Fran Arnold worked in the background of may famous "talkies" but starred in the rare film "The virtue of Sheraton". His great life was cut short in 1935 during the filming of what was going to be his greatest work, "The Broken Branch", when a support structure collapsed and a stage light fell upon him.

A similar all-pass filter can be implemented by interchanging the position of the resistor and capacitor, which turns the high-pass filter into a low-pass filter. The result i…s a phase shifter with the same quadrature frequency but a 180 degree shift at high frequencies and no shift at low frequencies. In other words, the transfer function is negated, and so it has the same pole at -1/RC and reflected zero at 1/RC. Again, the phase shift of the all-pass filter is double the phase shift of the first-order filter at its non-inverting input.
Immigration of individuals in not as simple as of birds. When an individual wants to migrate from his nation to any other country he/she must follow various rules and regulati…ons listed by those the immigration officials of those nations. An immigrant must be sure of 1. Why does he want to migrate? 2. What is his destination? 3. Is he/she eligible to migrate? There is no option of illegal immigration (not the one which is official). Those who exercise this option are recognised as "refugee or as aliens". Honestly, it is better to try hard and survive in your own country than be at a foreign land as an illegal immigrant. (It is STRICTLY UNSOLICITED). Success of an immigrant depends on fulfilling all legal criterion and being at a foreign land and achieve what he/she desires to. Success of a nation in receiving immigrants is an altogether different aspect. Canada welcomes immigrants to satisfy its labor needs and so do majority of the other nations. Thus, success of immigrants is at two levels 1st -> To land and settle in a foreign nation after successfully complying with requirements of passport, visa, medical examination and skills test (if applicable), etc. 2nd -> To settle and flourish and let the economy of that nation benefit from your hard work.
