This question requires a medical assessment of the person suffering these problems. That can be obtained from a Physician or perhaps a Physician's Assistant or Nurse. Anyone needing an answer to a question like this who does not have ready access to their own doctor should seek advice at a clinic or hospital emergency room. Never put any trust in medical answers to specific medical questions in a forum like this.

I wouldn't jump to the worst conclusion, i would see a doctor if these symptoms concern you, but there is always the result that you are pregnant or are about to receive your period, the most common symptoms are discharge and unusual bleeding.

Why does your vagina have so much yellow discharge?

Unfortunately, any discharge that is not clear -- that has a color (green, yellow is bacterial... white cottage cheese is yeast) -- means you have a infection. Most vaginal infections cause itching and burning, but some women aren't bothered much. It is extremely important to see a doctor and get treated. Vaginal infections can be spread to a partner-- who can then spread it back to you or other women. The infection can also go up the vagina and infect the uterus, causing low abdominal pain. Untreated, it can cause infertilty.

Can lumbar pain and left arm pain be related?

Heart conditions can refer pain to the left arm, and many abdominal viscera can refer pain to the RIGHT shoulder/upper arm. However, I am not aware of any pain referral patterns from the low back or abdominal viscera to the left arm. Nor am I aware of any left arm conditions that can refer to the low back. However, that does not mean that it is not possible!!

Can pain discomfort during peeing be the vaginitis?

Vaginitis is an inflammation of the vagina that can result in discharge, itching and pain. See your doctor if you develop any unusual vaginal discomfort, You probably don't need to see your doctor every time you have vaginal irritation and discharge, particularly if you've previously had a diagnosis of vaginal yeast infections and your signs and symptoms are the same as before, you know the signs and symptoms of a yeast infection and you're confident that you have a yeast infection, you can treat it by yourself with fuyan pill. Generally, vaginal infections don't cause serious complications. In pregnant women, however, symptomatic bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis have been associated with premature deliveries and low birth weight babies.

If you mean low abdominal pain, the answer is yes.

What causes pain in upper abdomen and back?

Many reasons exist for the sxcruciating abdominal pain and low back pain. They vary from simple to extreme with intensity. The underlying reason I believe is Intestinal obstruction or inflamation. A large percentage of abdominal/low back pain is a result from improper food consumption, organ fatigue, or organ toxicity. The pain is either due to gas, fecal mater restriction (constipation), or low water intake. Other causes would include irritated lining, nodules, or irregular cell function. And probably more common would result from bacterial or parasite presence. Ruling out greater illness such as cancers and ulcers have high importance. When the low back pain is included that would signafy constipation of impacted matter as the result of poor food choices, low water intake, or simply a vetebral subluxation, or physical compensation.
