Could be the bearings/pulley. until you fix the issue you should remove the charger belt, so it doesn't get worse (blow the supercharger).
In the manual it says to check and top off the supercharger oil every 30,000 miles. It is a good idea to change the oil in the S/C every 50,000 miles.
if taken care of properly, all fluids, including supercharger oil(gm s/c oil, every 30,000 miles). my last one had 245000 miles before engine died.
you may have to go to a Pontiac dealer for that one.
Open and read your owner's manual. Most superchargers utilize engine oil for lubrication, as opposed to self-contained supercharger lubrication. If that is the case with yours, which I think you will find it is, then changing the engine oil/filter is all you need do. Correction: GP Supercharger uses a separate oil from that of the engine. Read the manual, check out Grandprix owners groups like ClubGP and GrandPrix.net.
