My aunt has POA because father was ill. He just died and 40k in joint bank account in mine and my aunt's name she moved it there I am stupid she is POA what should I do?

Be sure to talk to your aunt about your concerns. Since she moved the money into an account in both your names, you likely have ready access to it.

Talk to a lawyer. Some Powers of Attorney automatically cancel when the subject (your father in this case) dies, some don't.

You also need to understand what your father's will calls for.

And stop calling yourself stupid.
