Sounds like you have a urinary tract infection, its not a huge deal but you should definatly go see a doctor...they can give you antibiotics to clear it up.

You couldve even pulled a muscle and that's why it hurts. Does it burn when you pee? What color is your pee? Do you drink enough water? Now, if it is your kidneys. You could have pyelonephritis(kidney infection, if uve had a uti for a looong time and didn't get it treated soon. The infection couldve spread up to your kidney) or a kidney stone.
