For online family feud:

  • Name
  • Reward
  • Phone Number
  • Description

Posters: Make sure your posters are on bright, preferably neon-colored backgrounds. This will make your posters stand out. It should be mounted on cardstock paper so that it doesn't fold over in the wind or rain. Have a picture of your dog. State the sex, breed, color, and name. You can also state the weight too. Have your phone number or email address. State "REWARD". (this may help, but don't put the amount down on the poster. ) Place these posters up around popular places in your town, and the next few neighboring towns. Make sure to ESPECIALLY place these up next to pet stores, groomers, vet offices, and dog parks. Placing them next to children's playgrounds, pre-schools, middle schools, and elementary schools would also help since children are more likely to spot dogs than adults.
Hand out flyers to local animal rescue organizations and shelters, so that if they have your dog, they can contact you. Make sure to visit these sites preferably daily to see if your dog pops up in the pound.
Also, put an ad in the paper that your dog is missing with the above information about he/she.
Put an add on Craigslist too, and other community websites.
Have your pastor at your church announce it during intentions.
Hope this helped. :)
