None of the four Great Lakes is entirely within the US. The body of water called Lake Michigan is really only part of Lake Huron. Lakes Michigan and Huron are hydrologically just two large lobes containing one body of water.

Currently there are 5 recognized Great Lakes; Huron, Ontario, Erie, Superior and Michigan. In actuality Lake Huron and Michigan are the same lake, but they were named separately. In recent times some people have tried to get Lake St. Clair and Lake Winnebago added.
Lake Michigan is the only Great Lake entirely within the US. The other 4 great lakes are on the border.
The five lakes you are inerested in are the Greta Lakes. Only Lake Michigan is entirely in the US. Lakes Superior, Huron, Erie and Ontario straddle the US/Canadian border. There is a sixth lake in the group (St. Clair) which is considerably smaller, it is also on the border.
