Ok i have an HP pavilion and hl-dt-st dvdrrw gsa-h30l ata device driver is the CD DVD driver but it only reads CDs not DVDs it doesnt ever recognize there being a CD in the drive whats wrong?

I have same problem.
clean the lens may solve the problem but not guranteed.
