Bad bulb? Bad socket? Bad wiring to socket?
possible grounded or bare wire
have you checked your fuses?
The first thing I would check would be the headlight fuses. (There may be one fuse per headlight.) Also, examine the headlights carefully for any damage.
Headlights, interior lights stop working.checked all fuses. I would suspect the headlight switch and/or the electrical connection at the headlight switch is faulty.
you probally have a bad wire that is shorting out and blowing your fuses.
Bad headlight switch.
There are separate fuses for each headlight, they should be in a fuse box which is normally located under the bonnet.
Check fuses or headlight switch
headlight bulbs changed, dimmer swich changed, headlight swich changed.key off headlight work low ,key on goes to brights. unpluged harness check ok at first ,but after a few try hi beam indictor would not go to low m-beam
A short to ground in the positive side of the headlight circuit. Most likely by a failed headlight switch. Ford is notorious for faulty healdight switches.
most likely.
check the fuse on the side of the dash, it will be the bright yellow 20 amp one on the very bottom of the panel. That is where I started with mine (same year) and I have continued to blow fuses until I changed the pump. So if you have already changed the pump, I would suggest you check the fuse.
