Check the panel lights resistor switch and be sure that they are not turned off.
The rheostat for dimming and brightening the dash lights.
Check the park lamp relay. It is probably next to the fuse.

These lights have 2 different "lights" in each of them. This occurs frequently. Change out the bulb and everything will be working fine once again.

I would suggest checking to make sure your battery is operating correctly and is connected correctly. Check any of your brake lights/running lights - If they burn out then this condition arises.
You have got a blown fuse. These lights are all on the same circuit.

It depends on which fuse box you are looking for. The instrument fuse box (radio, overhead lights, etc.) is located in the front passengers side, at the bottom of the dash (on the side where your feet rest) - to access it you must take off the panel.
check your fuses, your owners manual will tell you the location of the fuse.
