1) You import the video you want
2) go to the left and look at the EDIT MOVIE options
3) push the MAKE TITLES OR CREDITS button
4) Push the TITLE ON SELECTED CLIP button
5) make your credits and choose either VIDEO LEFT or VIDEO TOP
6) once you are done, push the DONE button
7) it will put the credits in the end
8) put your video just above the credit title, it is the name you give the credits
9) check your video, it should squeeze the video to the left or top

No. You can't use Windows DVD Maker to upload videos with. But you can upload videos to YouTube using Windows Live Movie Maker.

You can't do that with Windows Movie Maker. The credits can only run on top of a video, not the other way around unfortunately.
