If you are asking about the 1966 version, Karloff was the only one to voice the Grinch as well as the narrator. The only other rendition I can think of is the 2000 live-action film where Jim Carry voice and acts as the Grinch and Anthony Hopkins Narrates.

NO..Thurl Ravenscroft did...originally people thought the narrator... Boris Karloff sang it....then people though james earl jones sang it..but in reality Vocalist Thurl Ravenscroft, not Boris Karloff, or James Earl Jones sang the original song of the Grinch, “You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch.” Theodor Geisel was extremely apologetic to Ravenscroft when the omission in the credits was discovered. ... Ravenscroft's sonorous basso was a key part of the television production of 50 years ago
The original voice of Tony the Tiger was Thurl Ravenscroft. He died in 2005 at the age of 91. He did other voice work as well, including the classic Christmas special "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." He sang the song, "You're A Mean One, Mister Grinch" but he was accidentally left out of the credits. This caused many people over the years to incorrectly assume that the song was sung by Narrator/Grinch Boris Karloff. As of this writing, the current Tony the Tiger is announcer Lee Marshall.
