100-1000 or more depending on specifics
Well the MSRP Price of a Winchester Saddle Ring Carbine Is $1639.99 if that is any help
While I cannot say what the original price was in the year 1873,I can say that the rifle version could be bought for 18.00 dollars in 1896,and the carbine version sold for 17.50 in 1896 also.
100-575 USD
What part of Fjestad's were you looking at? The serial number places the manufacture date in 1949. Any model except the Eastern Carbine (w/o a saddle ring) lists at $500 in 30% original condition. If you don't want it at that price (and it's not an Eastern Carbine), contact me.
A few hundred to multiple thousands depending on EXACTLY what you have and its condition.
Price varies by condition, and EXACT model. For excellent condition, start at around $500. For a carbine version, go up. For a pre- 1964, go up. I have seen very high prices ASKED, but they sell for $700 or less.
Impossible to answer without knowing which of the dozens of Winchester models and variations you mean.
being the most produced caliber for the pre-64 Winchester model 70,I have seen them going for between 700-800 dollars depending on original condition.
The original price for a Tom Osborne Commemorative Winchester Rifle was $2,000. In 2014, the same rifle may be worth anywhere from $900 to $4,500.
The rifle is worth $1100.00 at 100% condition. $350.00 at 60% condition. This price is for the diamond weave checkering. The basket weave checkering is worth about $200.00 less money. If it is the carbine (barrel band and no checkering) add a couple of hundred dollars.
They don't, the secondary market does.
