No, Giratina can only be caught at level 47 in the distortion world you need another orb to unlock its origin form.

Giratina's origin forme is not present in Pokemon Diamond only it's Altered forme. Whilst you can still attach the Griseous Orb to it, it will only boost Giratina's stats ,not change it's form, to do that you need to play Pokemon Platinium.

I believe It would be Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. Both Dialgan and Palkia are found at Spear Pillar. Giratina is found in the Distortion World at Turnback Cave. Arceus is another but you need the Azure Flute in a Pokemon Event.

get the gracidea flower for shaymin to change and get some orb to change giratina there are about 5 different forms for rotom, another form for giratina and another form for shaymin
