This truck has a timing chain, not a belt. The chain will last longer than a belt and should not be replaced until it fails.

If you have 100k miles or more you should do it. 100k miles is usually a good mileage to do it on any car. For specifics you should call the dealership.

To me, it sounds like a timing belt (chain) needs replaced but are you sure there is no spark? If it just quit on you w/out notice, tunrs over but will not start-you likely have to replace the timing belt. Same thing happened to me- Toyato Tacoma w/about 162k miles on it.
