My "Google research" (see links, below) is not exactly exhaustive or objective. But I have located some helpful internet posts that may help you decide for yourself if it's worth your time and money trusting a company that has so many unsatisfied customers.

If there is one sweepstakes that you can trust, it is Publishers Clearinghouse. This sweepstakes has been around for many decades.

It's not a scam, but, the chances of winning a prize are astronomical. Almost Nobody wins those prizes. Just call up the Sweepstakes Clearinghouse, and get a number you can call in once a day to enter the contest. You will not have better odds if you buy anything, so just get a number and call it in once a day, and you will have the same chances of winning something--almost none and next to nothing. It's not a scam, but, the odds against winning are incredible.
The Irish Hospital Sweepstakes was established in 1930 and was promoted by a private company, Hospitals' Trust Limited, in pursuance of a standing agreement with a sweepstakes committee appointed by the governing bodies of various hospitals. The Hospitals' Trust Fund was used to channel the net proceeds of the sweepstakes to hospitals for capital purposes. Statutory responsibility for the Hospitals' Trust Fund was with the Minister for Health and that for the running of the sweepstakes by Hospitals' Trust Limited with the Minister for Justice. Overall responsibility for pensions in the private sector, however, rests with the Minister for Social, Community and Family Affairs.
Development Experience Clearinghouse was created in 1975.
DONT DO IT!! Its a scam, I sent them the 299.95 for the dell computer & I also sent 179.95 for an RCA stereo. Fed Ex came with the packages but they wanted me to pay an extra HUGE COD charge, which I refused, shipping should have been included in the money I already sent. After Fed Ex left, I decided to Google sweepstakes Clearinghouse & discovered that they are nothing but scams, sending junk merchandise & not refunding people their money. I have been in corrospondense with them about getting my money back but am already getting the runaround. I just want to warn others.
It's easy! All you have to do is go on nick.com website and at the top were the games are you should find the icarly iGoodbye sweepstakes. Hoped I helped! :)
Different sweepstakes have different rules but the number one rule across the board is make sure there is a specified length of time that the sweepstakes will be open. Also make certain to cover the event of a forfeited prize.
The Publisher Clearinghouse Sweepstakes are hosted online. Publishers Clearinghouse are based in New York and offer discounted magazine subscriptions in turn for the customers to be entered in their sweepstakes.
Not currently. Recently Revlon had a "Luscious Getaway to NYC" sweepstakes, a Refinery29 Miami vacation sweepstakes and an InStyle lipstick sweepstakes.
