Starter "relay" is located in the left side fron smaller fuse box, atleast on a 2001. about 30.00 or so to buy, 2 minutes to replace.
You would be much better off to have a service station do the job. The 3rd bolt is really up there.
The starter solenoid is part of the starter assembly so it's on the starter
Passenger side.

just give it a positive 12v before the starter and after it it will crank after and before if it works
