most vehicles come equipped with remote start, if it starts by it's self try replacing the remote battery. If that does not work then IDK
your fuel pump is a good place to look if its worn it will cause this type of problem
Chrysler didn't have factory installed remote starts in 1998. Factory installed remote starts came in the 2007 years. It was likely installed at a dealer when the car was bought.
DID YOU EVER SOLVE PROBLEM ,, THIS IS THE SAME THING HAPPENING TO MY TRUCK?
I have an 1988 lincoln town car with 5600 org. miles it has not been used in the last six years..it is running good only problem it is hard starting and runs rough for about a mile and then gets real smooth and no problems
You could have a slipping clutch which is not transmitting the drive correctly.
intermittent starting problems on ford taurus. sometimes starts within 3-4 revolutions, other times will crank over without starting.
Had this problem. It was a faulty mass air flow sensor. Took the mechanics at 3 shops to find it. Didn't start hard at first if it was warm. Eventually, did not start at all. Once it started however, it ran perfectly fine. No problems. Just starting was the problem.
