I don't know if this is factual but it is what I have heard. The Supremes biggest hit was 'Love Child', but I also heard that 'Back in My Arms Again' was the biggest hit of 1965.
"When the lovelight starts shining through his eyes" went to Number 23 in December, 1963 Their follow-up monster hit "Where did our love go" went to Number 1 in July, 1964
