The horn on my '98 Isuzu starts blowing spontainiously twice now.once at 1030pm once 400 am. engine off not the alarm just starts by itself. any hints pulled the fuse. could it be the relay?

I just had this same problem with my '98 Rodeo. The horn went off in the afternoon and again in the middle of the night (neighbors loved that). I took it to my local repair shop I always go to and they found it was a malfunction with the airbag. They have to get this from a junkyard (which has turned out to be quite a challenge), but in the meantime, I pulled the fuse as they told me it would keep happening unless the airbag was replaced.
