∙ 12y agoThe goal of a Resume is to tell an employer why he should hire you over the possibly hundreds of other applicants. He is normally going to gather them all and start throwing them away as fast as he can eliminate them. He will look at those with messy writing and throw them away. He will look for any that are late and he will throw them away. When he is left with a few finalists, he will examine the information. Assuming your resume survived all of this, it should be the best that you can honestly write. You should find all possible ways to put the most desirable answers down. (Don't lie, but stretch the truth like a fat guy squeezing into Spandex.)

∙ 9y agoGet interview call for job, sell your self i.e selling your education , experience, skills for the employment. Sometimes we prepare resume for some specific purpose(other than employment) for example - scholarship etc.
