I work on a fleet of Crown Vicks and 2 possiblities I can think of is,
#1, the signal switch (multifunction switch) is NG or,
#2, the signal and flasher module is NG, located under dash above drivers right foot area.
turn signals and emerg flashers work off a flasher can. go to any auto store and buy a new one they are cheap and easy to replace
Look at the relay for the flashers, that should fix your problem.
The cable underneath probably came loose. Have it checked out.
check out the starter......
I am no mechanic, however this is a 2 part fix. First the battery is shot, so replacing this is one part. The next is a little more complicated. You should take your vehicle to autozone or somwhere similar and get the alternator checked out. It sounds like this may need replacing as well. Like I said start with the battery, as this is the cheapest, but get the alternator checked out as well, or you would just waste the money on blowing another battery if the alternator is the problem. Best of luck!
check the turn signal flasher unit itself, believe turn and emergency flasher are the same on the camery. good luck
Try replacing the flasher relay.

The directional signals and the emergency flasher each have their own flasher unit. They are the same type of flasher and should be beside each other under the dash.
Sounds like turn signal flasher needs replacement
I checked with AUTOZONE about this and it is in the tank. Another way for Toyota to get you in their shop to charge you money.
you have burt up your altnator get it checked at autozone for free
check fusible link ..positive battery terminal red wire about five4 inches long with connector attached
Acute appendicitis is most common acute abdominal emergency.
I'm guessing that all of the light bulbs have been checked and are good. It's possible that you need to replace the flasher.

To check if your alternator is working properly, the easiest way to get it checked is to take it to a Kragens or Autozone, They will checkj it for free.
