The water in your house doesn't work but all your outside faucets work even those connected to the outside of the house How is this possible?

The easiest answer I can come up with is that you have a filter that is completely clogged up. Usually with filtration, the outside faucets are before the filtration so you don't put filtered water on your plants and grass etc.
