Two joint muscles in the upper limb is the wrist and the elbow. Two joint muscles in the lower limb is the ankle and the knee.
The hip joint is a ball and socket joint. The ankle joint is a hinge joint.

since an wrist in on the arm, i would say the ankle would be the opposite
