There are a lot of programs that aren't viruses, you just have to watch out what you are downloading.
For example, be warrrey of those .rar and .zip and very small .exe files, they mostly are fakes and do nothing but ruin your computer.
Also have a Anti-virus like Avast home Free edition. It is one of the few Free av's out there that offer Real Time Scanning.

∙ 12y agothere is a special YouTube thing you can download it has no virius i not sure what it's called but you can download music from youtube to iTunes it is no virius so don't worry.
I would suggest looking up the song on youtube, then using listentoyoutube to get the sound file out, if that's not too much trouble for you. Its fully legal and virus-free, and involves no file sharing.
