∙ 14y agoDehlia was not an actual person she was just a character in the movie Nancy Drew to the make the movie more interesting also if you live in the mansion that is in the movie I'm sure maybe a real celebrity maybe lived there.

∙ 12y agoNo, the character was invented for the Nancy Drew movie. Laura Harring played the part of Dahlia Draycott. Rachel Leigh Cook played Jane Brighton... Dehlia's daughter. It sucks... but none of these characters are actaully real. I have checked on the internet, but, there is a curse called Black Dahlia. The curse is that if you pray to Satan he sends Black Dahlia to feed you cancer. But, No... the characters do have names the same names as some real people... but the people don't have any connection.
